Dr Musab Hanan

Hello, I am a Palestinian intern dentist. I recently graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Azhar University in Gaza. Unfortunately, I couldn’t obtain my degree because of outstanding fees owed to the university. Instead, I received a graduation statement, which allowed me to begin my internship year in Gaza. I had planned to pay the fees during my internship and obtain my certificate by the end of the training year, aiming to further my education and become a maxillofacial surgeon, God willing.

I started my internship at the maxillofacial surgery department at Al-Shifa Hospital, assisting in a few surgeries. However, the war began, bringing immense suffering and a series of tragic events and circumstances. To salvage what was left of my future and dreams, I decided to go to Egypt. My family remains in Gaza, enduring random bombings, killings, hunger, and displacement. While I managed to survive, I feel like I didn’t truly survive. I constantly worry about my family and the dire conditions they are facing. I hope God will protect them and bring an end to this genocide and brutal war.

Currently, I have no hope of completing my dream and educational career without my university degree, which I can obtain with your support. Your help will enable me to secure a better future and support my family in Gaza, God willing.
